The focus on the environment is intensifying and internationally there is a consensus that action is needed now. Businesses are heeding the call to action and De La Rue is now a part of a 3000+ group of businesses and financial institutions who are working with the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) to reduce emissions in line with climate science. We will be elaborating on how De La Rue built confidence in our ESG credentials and how we’ve considered and incorporated actions and procedures for good waste management of unfit banknotes into our overarching sustainability journey.
