Coming into effect from this year, large companies already subject to the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) are subject to report to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) via the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This will cascade to large private companies (from 2025) and listed SMEs and other undertakings (from 2026).
